JAS offers group training classes while still focusing on personal goals. We implement various workouts each class to target all areas of the body.
We have two scheduled group classes Monday through Friday , 10am and 6:45pm. Saturdays, 10am only. Please contact us for pricing information!
During our initial consults with our clients we discuss what the ideal end goal would be for you and we personally work with you to hit that goal. Our main goal is to reach the image you have for yourself.
JAS offers sports training to improve their performance on and off the field/court/ice/track. All sports teams are welcomed.
